How do I get to the venue?
While the Bears Paw Lions Club offers free parking, if you plan to drink please arrange for a safe ride home. We recommend carpooling, Uber, Lyft, or a cab. The closest train station is Tuscany which is an 8min drive from the venue.
All cars must be cleared from the parking lot by 6 am Saturday, June.22.
What is the timeline for the evening?
Guests arrive 4:30 pm
Ceremony at 5 pm (sharp)
Cocktail Hour 5:30
Dinner 6:30
Reception to follow.
Is the wedding inside or outside?
A mix of both! While we are planning to have our ceremony outside (rain of shine) we will have our bar and reception inside.
Do you have a gift registry?
Yes! While your presence is a gift in itself, if you wish to give us a gift our registry can be found on the Event Details Page.
Is the bar cash only?
To keep things easy, cash is encouraged. However, we do have a square payment system for card if necessary.
What is the dress code?
Semi-Formal or Cocktail. While our wedding is not Western-themed, we both love a little Western flare. So if you have a bolo tie, cowboy hat, or boots, our wedding is the perfect opportunity to show them off!
Can I bring my kids?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult (18+) only affair. Given our planned resources, we have limited the number of guests to only those listed on your official wedding invite.
